Winding, but beautiful drive

Hi folks! Not much happened today, just a quick breakie at the KOA, or it should have been quick but the cook re-defined "slow" in cooking the pancakes. Anyway, they were good and we packed up and headed back into Blackfeet country, and around the south end of the Park to West Glacier for lunch-and always mountains all around us..massive ups & downs. We did see a buffalo, but he was NOT stampeding. And finally we head south toward Missoula, but it's still 120 miles. Into our KOA at 5ish & set up before going out looking for the bike paths on the Clark Fork River. We find it & ride a few miles, and KK even has to cross a bridge! Back to camp for supper and showers. 22 miles for me & 16 for KK. on to Idaho tomorrow! (Sidebar- just SE of here, at Camp fortunate the Corps met with the Shoshone Indians, bartering for horses to take them over the mountains, and Sakajewea recognizes her brother Cameahwait, who is the chief and things go much better from this point.)

I don't stand a chance, but that day , maybe!
Any news from Felesa?? You can e-mail as well as post. Sometimes we have wifi, sometimes we have phones.....sometimes NOT! It always seems weird when we can't phone to keep in touch with each other on the riding. I'm always thinking, I'll miss the connection, but so far-so good..
