My favorite picture so far -- really wonderful. Sorry it's so hot there, but at least there's plenty of shade! We're getting rain and cool, only in the low 80s and upper 70s through the weekend. Crazy but I'll take it.

Favorites? only the ones with acohol..I'm currently standing in front of the KOA office to post the blog..too many people here I guess..more water falls today but great views of 5 mountains in Wash!!!102 here today but the falls cooled us off,,chilly by sunday.x

This is nearly as beautiful as Hawaii, in a completely different way. The mountains don'e look like volcanoes! The trees aren't palms, but they are many and diverse in nature. Some of the pines have white bark more like a birch or aspen?? What could that be? Still HOT, but are expecting a cool front later tonight or tomorrow.....please.. I know by the time we return, it'll be hot again there.........Mom
