The biking adventures of Mike & KK on the Lewis & Clark Trail from St Charles, Mo to Astoria ,OR in July/Aug, 2008. With other biking & traveling adventures.
A life-long cyclist,(over 254,000 miles!) Mike rode the entire Lewis and Clark trail, with support from his wife, KK. She rode too, but also shopped and scrapbooked. I usually ride about 10,000 miles a year so I was definitely in shape . I ended up riding over 2200 miles on the trip &; KK rode 620. What a great adventure!
I'm right there with KK on the bridge. I would be cringing. But then you might miss the view. Sounds like a fabulous few days and I am eating vicariously since I seem to be out of food ideas lately. I read an article in the paper today commenting on how OKC has stolen Seattle's NBA team and also there weather. However I'm sure it will get back up there in time for football season.
